Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant - Zulu

Phiwokuhle Qwabe, Phiwo in short is originally from a small to called Empangeni in the Zululand region of the KwaZulu Natal province in South Africa. She recieved a Bachelor of Education in Geography and Languages (English) in 2022 from the University of Zululand in South Africa. 
She was appointed as a temporary Examination Assistant by the Department of Education. She followed that with a role as an English tutor for a first year module in her second year at university and furthermore became a volunteer Educator assistant at a local high school. 
Additionally, she is a co-founder of an NGO, The Zazi Ladies Club. ‘Zazi’ means know yourself. The NGO aims to build and inspire young women in different ways.
