Payroll

If you are being paid by Yale, you will be paid monthly on the last working day of the month. As a Yale employee, you must complete an I-9 form and visit the I-9 Processing Center located at 221 Whitney Avenue.

• Please note, if you are a one-month Visiting Scholar with the Gilder Lehrman Center, your payments will be processed in a different system. More information on this will be provided to you by the GLC staff.  

The I-9 form will be completed electronically in Workday and must be completed no later than the end of your first day of work. Your first day of work is the appointment date listed in your appointment letter. You must show proof of identity and employment eligibility documents at the I-9 Center by the end of your third day of work.
