Ikenna Maduno, hailing from Los Angeles, California, is a recent graduate from Yale College, where they obtained a B.S. in Molecular Biophysics & Biochemistry. During their time there, they helped to found and direct STEM & Health Equity Advocates, a Dwight Hall affiliated student organization dedicated to advocating for and educating on how society intersects with STEM and medicine. They were also a leader in the Slifka Center for Jewish Life, building community for Jews of Color and organizing for a traditional prayer group. They believe strongly in the ability of education and critical analysis to provide an avenue for all people to contribute to the betterment of the world we live in.
