Xueying Zhang

Zhang Xueying is a Ph.D student in International Relations at Fudan University. She received the prestigious Fudan Nobel Prize and CITIC scholarship. Her research explores public involvement in global governance issues. She is particularly interested in the role of engagement groups in intergovernmental organizations and institutions such as the G20; Ms. Zhang is also devoted to youth contributions to global affairs. She is the Founder and President of the Young Diplomats Association and the Executive Director of the Asian Future Political Leaders Association at Fudan University. She also served as Program Coordinator at the International Department of All China Youth Federation. She represented China in the G20 Youth Summit 2017 and shared her insights in the Youth 20 Communiqué to German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
