Delpani Selpia

Delpani Selpia (Adel) from Padang, West Sumatra, Indonesia, is an English teacher with 8 years of experience in teaching students with various levels of proficiency. She has a B.A. from Universitas Negeri Padang, and an MA in English Language Education from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Delpani is a performer of regional dance and folk songs, often singing in cafes or public malls on weekends, and loves to play badminton.  She hopes to be a “bridge for cultural understanding between the U.S. and Indonesian people,” and looks forward to sharing Indonesian language and culture through traditional dance, art and cooking.
