Ajay Culhane-Husain

Ajay Culhane-Husain is a Master of Environmental Management graduate from Yale School of the Environment, where he focused on sustainable finance. His research focuses on net-zero commitments, renewable energy investments, and sustainability integration within asset management. He has served as a Tobin Research Fellow supporting the Yale Initiative on Sustainable Finance, written for the Yale Environmental Review, and worked at Rocky Mountain Institute on their Climate Finance team. Ajay has applied his research findings in practitioner roles with Blackstone, Deloitte, and Adams Street Partners. He hopes to continue to bridge this intersection, creating research-based interventions in collaboration with financial institutions and policy makers to mobilize climate funding. Ajay is originally from Los Angeles, CA, and he received a B.A. in Economics and Master of Environmental Management from Yale University.
