Oskar Sherry is an LLM candidate at Yale Law School, and a DPhil candidate at the University of Oxford, funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council. His research interests include comparative public law, legal theory, and antidiscrimination. Oskar holds a BA and BCL from Oxford, having received six university prizes and after a year at the Universiteit Leiden as part of the ERASMUS Study Abroad programme. He has worked on various legal research projects, including evidence cited by the UK Independent Review into the Human Rights Act. Oskar also teaches, and writes for a variety of legal and non-legal publications. He is the most recent winner of the European Universities Debating Championships, and provides public speaking outreach activities in the UK.
